SportsKitCo is a small, independent online store supplying padel and
home fitness kit to customers across the United Kingdom.
Every enquiry is answered by a person, usually within one working day,
Monday to Friday. If something has gone wrong with your order, please
tell us — we would much rather put it right than have you leave
disappointed.
For questions about an existing order, please include your order
number so we can find it quickly.

Privacy & Safety
We only collect the information we need to process and deliver your
order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number.
We never see or store your card details. All payments are processed
by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and your card
information goes directly to them.
We share your delivery details with our fulfilment partners and
couriers for the sole purpose of getting your order to you. We do not
sell, rent or trade your personal data with anyone.
You will only receive marketing emails from us if you choose to opt
in, and you can unsubscribe from any of them in one click.
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you,

buy in the UK, without the guesswork or the markup you find on court
and in the big chains.
We focus on the accessories that actually get used — grips,
protectors, straps, bags and training essentials — and we keep the
range tight rather than stocking everything.
